Waterland and Giacom plot £1bn carve-up of London-listed telecoms firm Gamma

Chaired by Matthew Riley, one of the UK's best-known telecoms entrepreneurs, Giacom wants to acquire a substantial chunk of Gamma Communications as part of a deal with Waterland, Sky News learns.
