Outfielder Julio Rodriguez hit a tiebreaking RBI double in the eighth inning, and the Mariners outlasted the Detroit Tigers 3-2 in Game 2 of their AL Division Series on Sunday night, giving Seattle its first home playoff victory since Oct. 15, 2001.
