Storm Herminia: Fresh weather warnings for wind and rain issued after weekend of battering from Storm Eowyn

The stormy weather isn't over yet, with the remnants of Spanish-named Storm Herminia arriving in the UK just after Storm Eowyn brought hurricane-force winds to parts of the country and Ireland, resulting in two deaths.
