Ukraine accepts EU offer to help restore Druzhba pipeline

Ukraine has accepted the European Union's offer of technical support and funding to ​restore oil flows to Hungary and Slovakia through ‌the damaged Druzhba pipeline, EU Council President Antonio Costa said on Tuesday.
