UK's FCA probes premium finance market for insurance customers

LONDON (Reuters) -The Financial Conduct Authority has begun a review of Britain's premium finance market, amid fears that consumers who borrow to pay for motor and home insurance may not be receiving fair or competitive deals, as prices across the sector continue to rise.
