Cowboys’ Marshawn Kneeland diagnosed with stage 1 CTE when he died by suicide

Marshawn Kneeland’s family has released the results of his post-mortem brain tissue analysis Tuesday after the Cowboys defensive lineman died by suicide in November 2025.
